Eating the Ideal Protein pre-made foods are easy and taste great! Beside, you don’t have to think about what to make for a meal!
However, the one meal you do have to think about can get boring if you aren’t a great cook like me (I mean chicken and broccoli is good, but alright already). So, we came up with a great “Ideal Protein” approved tuna salad – absolutely NO mayo allowed!
1 can tuna (In water- NOT OIL)
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of dill pickle juice
1 diced stalk of celery
1 tablespoon diced onion
In a word – DELICIOUS! It’s a fulfilling meal – real food and real good
