Allison Nichole Woodworth, MSN, FNP-C

Allison is an Arizona native who earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in nursing from Arizona State University with summa cum laude honors. Her nursing career has brought her many diverse experiences ranging from the adult intensive care unit to outpatient surgery. She chose to pursue advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a desire to provide families with the highest quality medical care possible, encompassed within a holistic nursing background and philosophy.

Allison places high value in providing comprehensive, patient-centered, evidenced-based care to her patients. She provides compassionate, competent care for patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Allison is highly committed to her patient’s welfare, to quality medicine, to health and wellness. She thoroughly enjoys working in the family practice setting due to the diversity of patient encounters and ability to form long-term relationships with patients.

Allison’s hobbies include playing the piano, running, hiking and reading. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
